Find your passion and find a charity, you’ll be amazed at how good you can feel when you combine the two!

  • I finally stumbled across a great sparklines plugin for Wordpress. You can check it out here.
  • Dashboard spy seems like a really cool idea, most especially for FileMakers such as ourselves when we have to compete with access as a data storage tool. Check it out.
  • Careof an almost interesting Information Week article that discusses 22 useful and necessary applications, one came across that I had never heard of: Lingon. “Lingon is an application that not only gives you a GUI for creating and maintaining launchd items, but also helps you unlock the full power of launchd items.”
  • Olympus is apparently taking to freezing their new 770 point and shoot camera to prove how durable it is.
  • Every once in a while you see something that truly makes you think you’re living in the age of Isaac Asimov truest dreams, this robot/humanoid that can dance, crouch, move tables, and more is just one of those things.
  • If you’re lookig for that wicked worn, grungy, and distressed look for your web designs and need inspiration, look no further than this tutorial synopsis of 30 “dirty” designs
  • Lastly, careof 37Signals, I discovered a cool site entitle BestFrontDesign.com which praises and acknowledges compelling newspaper design. Much of the rationalization is compelling for good web design as well. It’s definitely worth a look.
