The New Adobe Reader
Adobe has just launched their new version of Acrobat Reader, now at version 8. The new version features a revamped and much more minimalist GUI in addition to a slew of other features. The installer, however, makes you download an installer, the second one is apparently fussy and cumbersome. But I’m just taking his word for it, you be the judge yourself and download the Windows version, Mac PPC version, or Mac Intel version.
I’m a big fan of Adobe software in general and it’s interesting to see where they are taking their numerous platforms with the updates in hardware and software technology. And who knows, maybe Photoshop CS3 will actually be a Universal Binary??
