It’s Official. I’m blogging from FileMaker!

So here it is my first real post from FileMaker 9. I finally managed to figure out ESS and have connected the MySQL WordPress database to a test file on my machine.

UPDATE:I’m fixing some typos that apparently happen in the Unicode usage or possible localization problems. Regardless, here’s a screen shot below of the slight problem.

    So, you’re basically rolling your own MarsEdit in FileMaker, right? Cool.

    Not quite yet. There seems to be a problem with newer post records in the WordPress database that have character glyphs that are translated into some kind of incompatible character. It’s pretty interesting to muck around the database in a FM-based interface though
